I am trying to identify this plant. It has green leaves, really light speckles on the leaves, and it grows orange berries. What is this thing?

I think it is a Dracaena, and it looks like a dracaena godseffiana or dracaena surculosa.
Looks like a spotted Dracaena surculosa Lindl - also known as Dracaena godseffiana and Gold Dust. It is unusual for a plant to have two different kinds of leaves - speckled/spotted and stripe/variegated but this one does. It also has orange berries.
