You have a very healthy green wandering jew plant. It can grow as a hanging plant or a ground cover. There are a lot of different wandering jew plants but this is know by many names - green wandering Jew, small leaf spiderwort, white-flowered wandering Jew, inch plant, speedy Jenny.
