It could be a philodendron. Once it recovers from the shock it should do fine.

It looks like a dracaena. Here's a guide to caring for it:

I believe you have a Dieffenbachia (Dumb Cane) Camilla. You probably need to read up on the care of this plant to get it back into tiptop condition.

Here are some links for instructions on how to care for your plant. There are several links because some give different suggestions. Be SURE to read the "warning" information.

I am sorry but I messed up the link to a photo of the Dieffenbachia Camilla so I have included a couple here so you can see if it looks like your plant. Please wait a couple of seconds for the individual photo to show up.

This is a Dieffenbachia. When the roots are disturbed it will cause shock to the plant but if you firm up the soil around the plant and place it closer to indirect sunlight it will bounce back. It looks like from the coloration that it is not receiving the light that it needs. When I re-pot a plant or if the roots have been disturbed I always add a bit of root simulator in the water and it helps the plant to rebound quickly. I have been a plant lover for more years than I wish to admit and hope this helps you .
