It looks like an exotic angel ivy plant
It could be a sweet potato vine.
It is sometimes easy for me to know the "family or species" name of a plant but more difficult to arrive at an exact name.
I have lots of ivy but do not have this one but I believe it is called Hedera Asterisk.
Care is pretty much the same for any type of ivy.

I agree with Cybergrannie it is an ornemental ivy I think it is Hedera helix 'sagittifolia' called sagittifolia because of the arrow shape of the central and longest part of its leave.
