It looks like it may be a Rhipsalis Campos succulent. I think their common name is Mistletoe cactus.
If so, they do not need a lot of water and like warm spaces.
I have several of these growing in my yard and I believe the name is Mistletoe cactus. This is a succulent plant and very easy to grow. They do loke it warm and they do love the sun.
This plant is in the Sedum/Stonecrop family-Stonecrop Gold- a perennial from the succulant family!
