It looks like a snake plant/ mother-in-law's tongue plant, a sansevieria. I have one that is 3 feet tall.

I am not sure because the leaves are not really pointed but if they are soft it could be the Dracaena fragrans White Stripe. If they are thick and strong with sharp edges then I'm wrong. Dracaena are usually sold as a nude trunk with a few shoots on its sides but they can also be sold as a 'shrub' and are easier than the trunk type to take care of.
