Can anyone help identify this plant? It's beautiful and grows white leaves at times. The leaves are "toothed".

Maybe a sort of Clivia ?

This plant has never bloomed. I have a Clivia that's beautiful but this unknown to me plant here is very different.
The leaves are delicate, think and soft but with jagged edges.
The odd part is that the leaves can go from Green to white, almost like is was bleached by the sun. It doesn't look great in this pic but it's usually gorgeous without dry yellow spots.
In fact the leaves grown out completely white. Even when you propagate this plant by taking a small cutting, it will grow out white only leaves along with other green ones.
Any ideas appreciated.
