It is a Rhipsalis, it is not easy to say which one from the picture but it could be a Rhipsalis cassutha or a Rhipsalis baccifera subsp. horrida. Some Rhipsalis are a bit hairy some are light green others darker green but all are incredibly resistant. No pest at all. It is the only plant I know which is said to resist everything and really does, indoors of course.
