A type of palm--I don't know which variety.
It looks like an areca palm.
It is a palm tree but it is a bit too young to know which one it is just from a picture. It could be an Areca Palm (Chrysalidocarpus lutescens) or a Kentia palm (Howea forsteriana). You could use the forum of the I.P.S. the International Palm Society www.palms.org/

Your palm tree looks beautiful and healthy but there are more than 200 types of palms with different needs, so it would be a good thing to identify it for sure, specially to avoid the very popular "never dies never thrives palm tree", you know, the kind that ends up in its very large pot with just one leaf left, that you hide when you have guests...
