Can someone please tell me what kind of plant this is?
Thank you.

It is some kind of a fern, in my opinion.
You don't show the plant body and the leaves are slightly blurred. It appears to me to be in the sumac family if it looks like this: en.m.wikipedia.org/
If not, you could send a very clear photo to your home extension office and see what they say. Ours is very helpful:
I agree that it looks like some type of sumac.
I do not recognize this plant and although it does resemble something in the Sumac family I do not believe it is Sumac.
You do not show the body of the plant and there is no mention of any kind of "bloom" so that makes it more difficult to ID.
The difference in the Sumac is the leaves are across and the plant in question the leaves are staggered and I believe the leaves on a sumac are longer and slimmer. The stems do not appear to be the same type either but I have not a clue right now as to what plant this could be.
Someone might be able to recognize it if you post a couple more photos - a body/base photo and also information on blooms.
Here is a photo of Sumac so you may be able to see the difference.

Hopefully, a plant person will provide an answer soon.
