The leaves look like begonia.
Looks like a spindly plant in the Kalachoe family. Does it get tiny flowers? Are the leaves kinda puffy?

I raise these...they are very prolific and kinda messy. You can cut this all back and replant the stems to get fuller plants.
Your plant looks like a Kalanchoe but check this site for similar leaves to be sure. The leaves are usually thick but there are a lot of different Kalanchoe plants so not all pictures will look like yours.
