This looks like a peperomia

Emerald Ripple-low growing/low light plant,native to the Brazilian rain forest.
Fun find!! The Peperomia is a hearty perennial and will give you white flowers on very thin stems.
Don't over water as like me, it does not like wet feet and can get root rot very easily.
These are great to make cuttings and root them to create a whole family! When I grew them, I just used water.
These are easy care plants and can be propagated in water or soil.
Ripple Peperomia is one of the prettiest plants in this family.
