I've seen it as a house plant, but here in Louisiana it has grown to 5 feet and looks like a small tree with 5 trunks
I found out it's not a ficus it's called China doll
It does appear to be what is commonly called China Doll, also known as Emerald Tree, or Serpent Tree. Its Latin Name is Radermachera Sinica and can grown to 30 feet tall.
Is it a specific type of ficus? I have 3 focus trees in my house and they don't look like this. The leaves on this plant are very delicate. My ficus leaned are thick and tough
After seeing this plant I could not wait to find out more about it.
After research, I decided I really wanted one of these.
I live in zone 9a so it seems I may have to keep mine as a houseplant because we do occasionally have a hard freeze.
