I was sitting on my bed and noticed this bug crawling next to me. I though it might have been a bed bug, but I don't have any bites.
Please help.

It looks like a carpet beetle. Vacuum and get an exterminator
It looks like a bed bug to me. I would suggest that you you squish it, if alot of blood comes out, its a bed bug. Just because you don't see any bites on you don't mean you don't have any. Also check the corners of your mattress.
it really looks like a bed bug to me; trust me, I would know
that first photo, is it a pretty flat bug, almost like a small brown coin with legs/head? Does it have no wings? If so, it is most likely a bed bug
if it is actually sort of round then you can squish it and if blood comes out it is a bed bug
when the bug is flat and you squish it no blood comes out because it is in an unfed state. But if it's bloated then it will spurt

This looks like a bed bug to me. Here is a link to learning more:

There are non-toxic powders you can use to get rid of these bugs.
I have heard that Skin so Soft from Avon repels them.

That is indeed a bed bug, if you squish it blood will definitely come out and it will have a nasty foul smell also. You can get the bed bug killer kit, it definitely works because ive used it a few months ago when out of nowhere my sons bed was infested including the frame. The kit comes with a glue trap to place on the corners of the bed to see if you have an infestation, it also comes with the powder in a bottle, a can spray specifically for the furniture and a spray for the bedding and matress. It really does work. Also diatomaceous earth powder is also great as it kills them within 48hrs of them crawling in the powder.
