I found this crawling on my bed. It was kinda fast and when I killed it there was no odor and or blood, could it be a bed bug still?

The picture is a bit blurry, but I think you have a carpet beetle. Vacuum, throw the bag outside and spray with an insecticide.
It looks like an immature roach of some kind to me. It's difficult to tell from just the underside. If you still have it, take it to the co-op extension or to the library for identification.
