The picture is a bit blurry, but I think you have a carpet beetle. Vacuum, throw the bag outside and spray with an insecticide.

It looks like an immature roach of some kind to me. It's difficult to tell from just the underside. If you still have it, take it to the co-op extension or to the library for identification.

That's the best way so that you know what kind of measures you need to eliminate any more of them.

This could be a carpet beetle or some sort of a roach. You should try and speay your home to get rid of them. This will prevent more from laying eggs and becoming a problem.
