Looks like a Coleoptera- better known as a beetle. There are many different types of beetles. They love plant life and fibers. Harmless to humans. ask2.extension.org/
Does it fly? Where did you find it?
It didnt fly but looks like it has wings. Its about 3mm small. I bought a tray at an estate sale . Took it home and two bugs came crawling out.
