Found this guy on my bed. Not a bed bug is he?

It looks like you might have something from the beetle family of bugs.
Maybe a black fabric or carpet beetle. They do not bite but can do damage to clothing and carpet. The pantry beetle also looks similar but your pictures blur out if enlarged.
You can always send your bug questions/pictures to your county extension office and ask for advice;

Most advice given on how to remove them is to vacuum several times, especially if you see anymore around the house.
Here are a couple of information links but these also have pictures of different kinds of bugs.

This looks like a Attagenus Pellio- better known as a Fur Beetle or Carpet Beetle. This beetle loves to destroy textiles , fabrics , like clothing , furniture.
The top two pictures look like a hard shelled beetle.
The picture is really quite unclear
It is not out of the question that it is a bed bug, since that is the shape they look when they are fed/engorged with blood.
If it has anything like wings, it absolutely is not a bed bug
