These egg clusters are all over the outside of my house. Any idea what they are?

They are either moths or stink bugs. Can't get a good look up close--if they are fancy with spiky things they are stink bugs, smoother, something in the moth family. If you have a pressure washer, I would remove them.
From the look of them and they seem to be very clear in color I believe they are moth eggs that are on your the wood of the window.

It is difficult to really see the eggs but it could be moths.
I do not think it would be stink bugs (unless I'm on the wrong track) as I believe stink bugs only lay eggs on plants.

You probably should contact your county extension office as they would know what is prevalent in your area right now and they will tell you what to do to get rid of them.
