Your picture is not clear but you could have mites as they are common problems for many people.
There are several types of mites but the tiny clear/white mite seems to be most common.
Most mites do about the same type of damage and people can have different reactions to their bites.
"Spider Mites/White Mites. These are visible as tiny white bugs, often described as looking like grains of salt or sugar. They can cause infestations in your home or even your car. You will find them on your furniture, carpets, curtains, bed linen and all other house furnishings. White mites are considered harmless by some as they don't bite, but they DO shed hairs and it is these that can produce allergic reactions in humans."
The following links have a lot of information on mites of all types so check out which type you may have and what you need to do to eliminate them.

These are a species of Mite. The photo isnt detailed enough to give you an exact identification. Maybe these are dust or mold mites.
They could be gnats. Trace them back to their nest and use an insecticide.
These could be Ceratopogonidae- better known as No-See-Ums or Midges. Very small biting insect. - en.wikipedia.org/
I am not sure what I am looking at in this photo. There are various white spots on the table, but normally if you see an infestation of insects, they are typically the same size and shape and everything on the table appears to be a different size and shape.
Is there a better photo? If not, some context may help for example, is this area near a plant or plants? Is that in the background a window? Is the window often open? Do you have "popcorn" ceilings? Do you have pets?
Unfortunately the only thing that is clear to me in the photo is that The plug situation the back of the photo looks quite unsafe! I would try to resolve that if you can. Sorry--that looks like a hazard (both fire and tripping) waiting to happen.
Prayers and blessings for solutions to your challenge!
These appear to be a type of Mite. Do you have any birds? Bird mites are quite common with bird keeping, tiny white Spider mites are fairly common on house plants. There are good sources of info on how to determine what type you have, and how to get rid of them.

Good luck in ridding your home and you of this problem.
I found a youtube video and a user in the comments mentioned warehouse mites. Another mentioned mold mites.
This is exactly what I have and see in my house, but they're eating our hair. Did you ever find out anything or get rid of them?
