What is my German Shepherd mixed with? He is 12 weeks and 28 pounds. He has huge paws; the vet said he would be 100-125 lbs.

He looks just like mine did at that age. Mine is GSD mixed with a Red Doberman
It looks like your dog could be part rottwieler, possibly Doberman with those ears. I know you said part shepherd too. He is a beautiful dog. He is probably pretty big by now.
The face looks like a lab and the ears look like a beagle's.
