The bottom is very blurry. Is she HOPE LIGHT IN THE DISTANCE # 78104 1999 Limited Edition SERAPHIM ANGE?

If so, she is selling at $22 (sold prices) plus shipping, on average on eBay.

She is lovely. If she is another version, please let me know.

By the way, looking at the prices, check if it's a limited edition and look at the year, since a lot of looking the same figurines were released in other years and they are not expensive.
