It looks like something to harvest wheat or another grain.
I may well be wrong but I believe this is not complete, but just part of a hay press. Sorry, no idea of it's value.
This looks like part of farm machinery but I have not found anything that even resembles this.
You may be able to find someone who can identify this on one of these sites. They may ask for pictures from different angles.
