Thick fleshy leaves? My guess (this blurry) is sedum or portulaca.
It looks like a plant I have which is a Jade Plant. My husband bought it last year and planted it outside because the tag indicated it was an outdoor plant in certain zones but here in the northeast (NJ) its an indoor plant. Luckily I took a snip and have a nice indoor plant now - does great in a sunny spot.

Forgot to mention that when planted outdoors, this one did not return so 'annual' if you want to plant it outdoors.
