I have two female cats, both a little over 2 years old. The one is perfectly fine, but the other one goes into heat all the time. She stays in heat for a long time, she's extremely vocal to the point where I can't sleep. She also pees places when she's in heat and it seems to be one specific spot.
I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it too but she's very skinny and doesnt gain weight, but like I said, the other one is perfectly fine and has a normal weight, cycle, and goes to the litter box. What could be wrong with the other cat?

Your cat may have a hormone problem. it could be any number of things. When there is something wrong with an animal, the best thing to do is consult the vet.
I don't how you feel about getting her Spayed. This will balance her more and calm her. If not that route, there is a link of options you can try.
Are you saying that neither cat has been spayed but one goes into heat and the other does not?
Is there some reason why you have not had your cat spayed (other than cost)?
There could be many reasons why a cat seems to go into heat quite often but the only one that can give you real answers is your vet.
The vet will have to conduct several tests to try and determine if your cat has internal problems or if this is just her natural way to deal with her 'problem'.
As to where she continually wets that may be a blessing in disguise or she may find numerous places. If you wish to stop her from using the same spot you will have to clean the whole area with an enzyme cleaner that will remove the odor as no regular household cleaners will keep her from smelling where she has wet before.
Enzyme cleaners are sold at most stores - usually in the cleaning products aisle (also sold online).
If you do not wish to consider spaying, I feel sure this habit will not change very much.
Likely that nothing is wrong with your cat. Some cats go into heat for a week every 3 weeks; others have much shorter "periods" farther spaced in time. This website has very good information: vcahospitals.com/
It would be a good idea to spay her. If you live in the U.S., I suggest this database to locate low/no-cost clinics and providers in your community. petsmartcharities.org/
Questions and problems like this really should be checked out and answered by your vet....it's best for your cat to get professional advice. Also, do the right thing and get your cats spayed, as it will put an end to all symptoms of a cat in heat.
What happens to your cat very often happens to cats that do not get out of the house to mate during their first heat. Your cat will continue to go through a heat cycle every few weeks until she becomes pregnant or is spayed. This make it seem like she is constantly in heat. This is stressful and unhealthy for your cat. She loses weight, begins over grooming, and has behavior issues.
You can only solve this problem in two ways:
1. Allow your cat to get pregnant.
But then you will have a new problem - finding homes for your cat's kittens. There already countless cats and kittens waiting in shelters for homes.
2. You should make sure your cat is spayed as soon as possible.
Unless you have a pedigree cat and are prepared to partner with a cat breeder for responsible breeding, then this is the best way, but a little costly. But think about how your cat and you are suffering now. And think how hard it is to find a new home for kittens.
