I may be completely wrong but the hat on the mask appears to be a Yao Priest Chinese hat...so maybe the mask is related to that?
Please let me know if you find out for sure. I have been googling for an hour on this so I'm very curious!
It would help also to see the inside of the mask, this can tell if it is more of a one of a kind , or a mass produced item sold in many home stores. Also is this a mask for wearing or hanging. The inside tells more of history and story also the age of the piece.
It looks like it is an Asian person, but could have been manufactured anywhere. You need a dealer to feel it and see it in person.
This is most likely a mask that has traditional meaning and that may take someone who has studied masks to provide an answer.
You can post your picture on these sites and they may be able to help you. You will have to join Reddit to post and they will need a picture of the back side of the mask.
This is Chinese Nuo Opera Mask.
Your mask has holes around the pupils, which is very common for Chinese Nuo Opera masks. And your mask size matches too. Unfortunately you didn't take a photo of the back of your mask, but I think you can tie a rope there. Also I am sure that your mask is not heavy, as judging by the color it is made of poplar or willow.
"Nuo opera or Nuo drama is one of China's most popular folk operas. Characterized by its special features such as ferocious masks. Nuo opera has been selected as one of the non-material cultural legacies of China. The opera is a religious performance intrinsic to the culture of Nuoism, a type of Chinese folk religion. Nuo opera is popular in southern China. It is difficult to determine the age of your mask as these masks still remain popular among rural areas in southwest China, such as Guizhou, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan provinces and Tibet. It is especially popular in the regions inhabited by ethnic minorities such as the Tujia, Miao, Dong and Yao.
What is your mask made from? Can you show the back? How tall is it?
Are you asking to value it or to research to purchase additional?
