I have a Giuseppe Armani sculpture but I'm not really sure what it's called and where to sell it or how much it could go for. I've seen statues that look just like it but they don't have the writing on the back or the little seal. Can anyone answer my questions on this?

This particular statue can be found on several sites, with asking prices ranging from $30 to $170. I found several with the signature (like yours) but no one seems to put very much value in the difference. One problem is that sellers do not always show the same pictures and many do not show all of the markings.
Armani usually made items in more than one composition and this was made in two that I have found. Your statue was made in 1988 and is made of Bisque; I believe the correct name is: Mother with Flowers and some are saying it is named Maternity with Flowers but not sure about that.
The model number is 0514F
Here are some of the listings like yours: These may not be always available as the item may sell or the seller just removes it from the site. You will notice that some are calling this statue; Mother and Child - Mother and Baby -
The reason I'm listing several links is because this statue is shown under so many different names it is very difficult to just do a regular search and find good examples.

eBay shows 4 of this statue has sold over the past several months:
Sold prices - these usually represent current value.
1) Best offer - less than $19.77 + shipping
2) Best offer - less than $26.99 + shipping
3) $30 + shipping
4) $59 with free shipping (maybe $45)

It seems this would indicate the value would be somewhere between $20 to $45.
We have no way to know how long any of these statues were listed for sale before they sold even at these low prices - maybe months or longer.

There are a lot of people who sell these on eBay or on Esty. The asking price varies so much from each seller. In order to get a fair price for this statue I would start an auction and start the bidding at around 20 dollars and see where it goes from there. You can do a 7-day auction to start off with and see if anyone is interested in the item. If you can't get anyone interested you can cancel the auction and try to sell it outright. If this one is not working for you and you have other items that you wish to sell try selling it at a yard sale or even a swapmeet.
