When you buy cake frosting from the store, whip it with your mixer for a few minutes. You can double the size and frost more cake or cupcakes with same amount. You also reduce sugar and calories.

I wouldn't have believed this but it works! If you whip store bought frosting, with a mixer, it will double in size.
