I have purchased a refrigerator freezer. The ice maker makes plenty of ice, but it will not come down the dispenser into the glass.

Here are a few things you can check:
- In the ice maker there is a dispenser actuator that inserts into the ice maker. If the actuator is broken it won't push ice through the ice maker. You'll need to check this and see if the part is broken.
- Check the auger motor and the auger blade. See if the motor is spinning the blade.
- There is also an auger for the ice bucket. If this is damaged or broken it won't push the ice down and through the door. You may need to change the ice bucket auger.
