I got my tongue pierced on Thursday. It's now Sunday and I'e noticed this white bump on my tongue. It doesn't seem to hurt or bother me. Is it something I should worry about? I've been using mouth wash or salt water rinsing after food or drinks other than water.

It is to soon to tell, you need to give more time for this new piercing. This seems quite common on this site. Watch it very carefully in the next two weeks. See a doctor if it persist !
Go back to the shop that you had the piercing done at. Normally they can answer your questions there and give you something for this. If this continues to get worse you'll need to go and see a doctor.
