These look like a moth egg that has been laid on the window. I would clean them off and kill the eggs if you don't want an infestation of moths flying around your home. The moths can eat the plants in your yard or even get into your home and eat your clothes. I would clean them up quickly and get rid of them so you ae protected in your home. If you find more around the yard on your trees or even the leaves make sure to get rid of them too.

I actually would use boiling water to kill the eggs before they hatch. When you wash them off make sure each of the eggs is broken so it won't hatch.
why on earth would you want to kill moths? They're native pollinators and good for your plants. Wild answer.
Since your picture is taken from inside and we are seeing the bottom of the eggs instead of the tops we may not be able to identify these correctly as eggs from different insects are shaped differently and could have black 'spots or designs' on the top of the egg.
I would think it could be something in the moth family as these are the most common but they could also be butterfly eggs or stinkbug?
Since you do not know what type of insect this is, it would probably be a good idea to scrap these off before they have time to hatch and place them in a plastic bag and then place that sealed bag in another bag and close that one tightly. You could also seal them in a plastic or glass throw away container that has an excellent lid. These containers can be placed in your outgoing garbage container.
Some eggs may be difficult to remove but you can use a razor blade or even a kitchen spatula (clean well after use).
Be sure to check around your house for signs of similar eggs or remnants.
If you can take a picture from the outside that shows the eggs correctly you could send the picture to your local county extension agency and they'll be able to tell you their identity and provide good advice on what measures you should take.
These truly look like Moth eggs. There are many different moth types, they can lay as few as 40 eggs at a time and some, up to 1,000 eggs. The life of the Moth , starts with the egg , Larva, pupa, then Moth.

I agree that these might be moth eggs. Be sure not to throw boiling water on the window. Grab a rag and pick them off, and then put the rag in a container, with dawn, and pour boiling water over them and leave them there for a while.

Stink bugs!
That's a new one.
A nuisance but can be handled.
It seems the biggest problem is they destroy many outdoor plants/fruit trees.
Rub screens with dryer sheets -strong odor is best. Very effective.
Drape a damp towel over a lawn chair or deck railing overnight and by morning stink bugs will be attached to the towel. Place towel in a container of soapy water.
Smash a few stink bugs outdoors as the odor is supposed to warn other stink bugs to flee.
