Anyone know how to get a water stain out? The floor is wood grain vinyl and where water has sat on it, it turned a white color. Thanks!

I would try putting a wet tea bag on it, and some of the color can seep in. Leave it on until you get the color you want.
I had a large white water stain on our vinyl plank flooring which was caused by leaving our damp vacuum/steamer mop on the floor too long. And one of our dogs urinated on another area which left a white stain (after cleaning it.) I was unsuccessful performing the vinegar/water trick and mineral oil.
After several days of waiting there was no change in the white film that appeared on my vinyl plank floor after steam mopping. It looks like hard water deposits but I had used the recommended distilled water. Overall it affects about half of the 8X15 room. Going over again with the steam mop did nothing. Vinegar did not work. Broke down and tried Barkeepers Friend. This lightened the white some but did not remove it. Last resort is CLR spray. That seems to work but I have been leaving it on for 15-20 min. I have been using a toothbrush and nylon scrub sponge to work the CLR. It is slow going and fortunately it is not a large room or heavily trafficked.
Time is the solution to removing water stains on your luxury vinyl planking. What happens is the water is trapped between the flooring and whatever object that is wet. Slowly the water penetrates the outer layer of the planking. Once the object is removed, it takes about 7 days for the moisture to slowly leave the outer layer. The same process that stained the floor is the same process used to remove window tinting. Just spray the window tint with water or window cleaner, and cover it with plastic.
