Probably the only way to find an answer to your question would be to contact Meijer - they have a web site and a contact link.
One reason is because it may not always be the same maker as companies like Meijer usually have contracts with manufacturers to provide them with a product to their (Meijer's) specifications and that contract could change over time (even a year).
Take Sears and their brand of appliances - Kenmore - If you purchased an appliance if could be made by any number of companies - Hotpoint, Frigidaire, Whirlpool, GE, etc. - according to who got the contract that particular year.

Usually the large supermarket chains have their own factories and make their own brands.
I spent a little time trying to find out who makes this peanut butter and I couldn't tell for sure. It's possible that it is made by ConAgra, who also makes Peter Pan and Walmart's Great Value peanut butter.
I think you would need to contact the store directly to find out if it is made in the United States.
Super market chains purchase their product from established manufactures to brand their own items. For example, Meijer brand vegetables at one time were from Delmonte. Its been a while, don't know if that has changed or not.
