Bread machines are a wonderful invention. You can pick one up pretty cheap at any chain store or nearly free at various thrift shops. They take all the work out of it for you! They provide you with a delightful fresh loaf with just the push of a couple buttons! Even more wonderful, you choose the ingredients and so make sure everything is easy to pronounce and nutritious.
I added lots of easy, healthy ingredients to this like flax seeds, whole oats, raw sugar, extra virgin olive oil. Plus it's considerably cheaper than a "high quality" wheat bread from the store shelves. Enjoy!

I would recommend that you use ground flaxseed instead of whole, because the whole seeds just pass through your body without getting any nutrition due to the digestive system not penetrating the hard shell of the flaxseed. Keep your flaxseed in your freezer as it has a short shelf life.
Should I measure first and then grind the flaxseeds or measure after grinding them? I look forward to trying this recipe.
Six tablespoons of sugar - are you making cake or bread? How about a replacement for all those calories and carbs?
