I think your puppy is a mix. Purebred Pitbulls don't have curled tails. If you could post a close-up photo of her someone might be able to offer ideas regarding what breeds of dogs she might be mixed with.
Your darling pup looks like a mix to me. Post a picture of he face and full body and we can give your better information.
