The Singer website has threading and bobbin winding instructions for nearly all of their machines, and you can also order a print copy of your owner manual. Here's a link to their US site, use the drop down menu if you are in another country:

Depending on the year model of your machine, you may even be able to find the manual free on the web-try a Google search using the search term "singer touch-tronic 2005 instruction manual" (omit the quotation marks).
