My friend unfortunately had almost all her windows broken at her house, she has no money to repair them. She can't leave them like that, she's also concerned her dogs will get out and run away.
Is there a place that helps low income families with home repairs of that nature? She lives in the Denver metro area in Colorado.

As a last resort you could always do a Go Fund Me for your friend and tell the story to those in your social network! I know from first hand experience they can be helpful and people can be very generous!
