I am looking for advice about white wine and red wine. Which do you keep cold and which do you serve at room temp?
By Sean
Sean- while it is said that red wine should be served at room temp, this is a misnomer as "room" temperatures vary. Ideally red wine should be served slightly chilled 68-72 degrees. White wine should be served chilled at 48-52 degrees.
Wine is my business. Hope this helps
White wine is served cold and red wine is served at room temperature.
Amybabs thank you so much for your response. I can tell you take pride in your wine specialty. Hopefully one day I can know even a small percent of what you do. Thank you!
