An inexpensive alternative to the cosmetic counter toner is witch hazel. It helps reduce breakouts and is clean smelling.

yes it works very very good add a little lime and its even better
I usually dilute my toner: 50% toner and 50% witch hazel.
What type of toner? unsure what that is, name, where to purchase
