My Valentine's Day gift: flowers and chocolates! My husband made the flowers from wood and attached a dowel. After I had eaten the chocolate centers, I decided to repurpose the flowers and made this cute hanging for my patio area.
Total Time: 1 hour
Yield: 1
Supplies:
- wooden flowers
- paint
- paintbrush
- chandelier
- terra cotta pots
- drill
- drill bit
Steps:
- You could probably purchase wooden shaped flowers and add dowels for stems. My husband made these flower shapes and added a dowel which he had painted green.
- Paint the flowers and stems as desired.
- Using an old chandelier, screw the terra cotta pots on the chandelier "holders."

I love it! That is a pretty neat way to upcycle such a thoughtful gift.
