Ingredients:

Zucchini Bread ingredients
 

Steps:

  1. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
  2. greasing bread pans
     
  3. Mix sugar and oil together.
  4. mixing wet ingredients
     
  5. Add eggs, zucchini, vanilla and yogurt or sour cream.
  6. adding zucchini to wet ingredients

  7. Sift all dry ingredients together.
  8. sifting dry ingredients
     
  9. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients. Blend well.
  10. mixing wet and dry ingredients
     
  11. Pour into pans.
  12. batter poured into loaf pans
     
  13. Bake at 325 degrees F for about an hour. Test with a toothpick for doneness.
  14. Zucchini Bread cooling in pans on rack
     
  15. Cool on wire racks.

Thanks. It freezes very well. I sliced and froze it in a freezer bag. I take out what I need and defrost it.

I like the look of this recipe but here in the UK we use weights rather than cups, plus there is confusion over American and UK cup sizes, but I still might have a guess and try it out. It looks really tasty
