Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients:

• 1 quart zucchini, grated
• 3 1/2 cups bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup grated cheese
• 2 eggs, beaten

• 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees F until done, about 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
