Cinnamon Apple Crumble Recipe

Ingredients:

• Apple Filling:
• double batch Cinnamon Apples
• Crumb Topping:
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 2/3 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into 1/4 inch pieces

Steps:

1. Prepare a double batch of cinnamon apples: http://www.thriftyfun.com/tf96575518.tip.html Spray an 8 x 8 inch pan with non-stick spray. Pour apples into pan; set aside.

 

 
2. In a bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add cubed butter and combine well with your hands or a fork. Sprinkle evenly onto apples.

3. Bake at 400 degrees F or until crumb topping is golden brown. Serve with ice cream if desired.
