This pineapple cream cheese frosting is a fun twist on traditional cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, with juice
- 2 lb powdered sugar
Steps:
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and butter, creaming until fluffy. Add vanilla and pineapple, mixing well. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time.
- Frost cupcakes and enjoy! NOTE: Store frosted cupcakes in the refrigerator, as this frosting is quite soft.
