Electric Out?I live in apartment complex. The electric went off during the night. Went down to main box in communal, keypad showing what I have left in box so that's fine. Nothing tripped and nothing will go back on when I reset trip box in apartment? Nothing's loose and no obvious signs of burn out of a fuse. I phoned the NIE electric and they said they will send out engineer but still waiting. Any sparks on here know what it could be?

Information About Seymour Mann Doll?I am not sure of the age. It is an edition limited to one year production. What does that mean? Skater Waltz I; It's her name. She is on ice skates. I've looked for a certificate of authenticity like this one, but couldn't find any. Also it has a certificate of registration no. 058851. It seems the box is printed differently from the ones I've seen online. Maybe an earlier one. Were they made in US or China?
Back Panel of Gas Dryer?I have a new Maytag gas dryer, but it is deeper than my previous dryer. I have removed the back panel to allow extra space for the vent pipe, and so I can close an adjoining door. Is it safe to leave this back panel off? It is not structural.
