How do we reorganize my dorm room? We have 2 beds, 2 desks, 4 dressers for clothes, 2 closets, and 2 windows.

You could put each bed on top of two dressers, one on each end. If up high enough, put your desks under the beds and make or buy some steps or ladders. Or, if you don't need all your closet space, put a dresser in each closet. Then put one bed up on two dressers and put other bed crosswise underneath (a T shape).
If the room is wide enough; beds placed head to head, desks placed back to back at a 90 degree from the windows. Then look how to use the dressers. Good luck.
Do you know someone who can build a loft bed for you? You could put your desks and chests under the beds and gain more floor space.

I am a university student and have a small dorm room, in an apartment style with 5 other girls, so all I own is in my bedroom (dishes aside, though that might change with how many my roommates break). I just can't seem to find space for anything. I am not allowed to put holes in the wall, paint or use any tape other than painters tape. I am getting tired of the white walls and messy room. Any ideas, thoughts that won't cost much being that almost all my funds go to school.

My daughters got bed risers for their dormrooms. The risers go under the legs of the bed to make the bed higher. Then, they put the rubbermade type stackable drawer things under there for additional storage.
