Meatballs cooking in sauce.These are so good!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 3 lbs. hamburger
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups quick oatmeal
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • Advertisement

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 3 cups catchup
  • 4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 1 cup onions, chopped

Directions:

Combine first 9 ingredients, and form into little meatballs. For the sauce, combine catchup, liquid smoke, brown sugar, and onions; bring to a boil. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 60 minutes.

Moisten crumbs with milk and add to meat and seasonings. Form into balls and brown quickly in skillet. Put in casserole and pour the sauce over top.

Mix first 8 ingredients together and form meatballs. Brown in pan with oil. Mix together remaining ingredients, heat in casserole dish. Add meatballs and bake 1/2 hour.
