Brunch With Croissant and FruitLove the ham and egg combination in this recipe!

Ingredients:

Directions:

Mix bread cubes and smoked ham and put into 9x13 inch lightly greased pan. Mix next 5 ingredients well and pour over top of inch and ham. Cube 3 more slices of bread for top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

Servings: 9-12
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 60 Minutes

Line crescent roll dough in ungreased pie plate. Arrange bacon, tomato slices, and cheese on crust.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Combine egg whites with yolks, sour cream, flour, salt and pepper.

Line a quiche dish with 1 pie shell. Arrange 1/2 of bacon or ham in bottom of shell. Break 7 eggs into the dish. Pierce the egg yolks with a fork, but do not mix the egg yolks with the egg whites.

Fresh fruit, muffins, croissants, cinnamon rolls, quiche, casseroles, etc are standard for brunches. Sorry I don't have actual recipes for you (because I am not a huge breakfast person) but here is one fun idea:

Fun finger food for breakfast, brunch or a snack to dip in to any of your favorite syrups, jams or jelly's. And don't forget the powdered sugar ;-) 8 frozen waffles cut in to four strips.
