This is a great, from-scratch, brownie recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 pkg mini marshmallows
Icing:
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Melt butter and cool. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add sugar and cocoa. Combine flour and sugar and beat until well blended. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows and pour on icing.
