Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1 pear
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- juice from 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. sweetener
- 1 (5 fl. oz.) carton low fat natural yogourt
Directions
Peel all the fruit and core the apples and pear. Cut the fruit into slices, then cut the orange into chunks and mix together. Stir the lemon juice and sweetener into the yogourt. Pour over the fruit and leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
