Gluten Free Pizza Dough Recipes

Pizza crust made out of eggs, cheese, Italian seasoning and of course, garlic.

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1.5 cup cheese
  • Season To taste Italian dressing
  • Season To taste garlic powder

Steps:

  1. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Roll out in pan like pizza dough.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes
  4. Take it out of oven and let cool.
  5. Turn oven up to 400 degrees F.
  6. Put on sauce and desired toppings.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees F for fifteen minutes.

My nephew is coming to stay with us for the weekend and his favorite food is pizza. The problem is he is on a gluten-free diet due to health problems. I am looking for a easy way to make a gluten-free pizza crust. I was thinking about just switching out all-purpose flour for rice flour, but am a little afraid that if it doesn't turn out I will be out of luck. Does anyone out there have any ideas or recipes? Thanks.
